I hired JB Home Investments to remodel our master bathroom in 2020 and could not be more pleased with the results. We contacted Jeremy in June of 2022 with zero idea about the steps required to build our dream home. For three months, he helped us navigate architectural design, project cost estimation, and worked with our lender to obtain financing. This was all before we signed a contract! Jeremy was ultimately selected as our contractor due to willingness to keep open lines of communication. I felt really happy with having the owner’s personal phone number during construction rather than a project manager. During the construction, he was onsite 6 days a week to monitor progress and manage construction. Anytime he wasn’t onsite and we had questions, he was always available by phone. This proved to be a major asset throughout our build.
We broke ground on our custom dream home 11/28/2022 and moved in 3/11/2023. That was just over 90 days for completion of a 3000 square foot barndominium. Throughout the construction process, Jeremy was an open book always willing to communicate about budget, construction phases, or changes in design we wanted to initiate. Most people will say building a home will test a marriage as it one of the most stressful things a couple can do. I can honestly say that building our home with Jeremy and JB Homes was stress free. I would highly recommend Jeremy Biggs for all of your home construction needs!

So excited to have our new barndominium ready to move into. We met Jeremy Biggs with JB Homes when we were looking for a builder for a small house in Fayette County. Jeremy walked us through the process of building a barndo, showed us his home and how the insulation worked and how a barndo was built. We felt immediately confident in him and trusted him with building for us. Jeremy kept us well informed as each step was taken in building the exterior, sending pictures and explaining what was happening and what would happen next. As we made choices for the interior of the home, he had great ideas. The cabinets, trim, tile work, and floors are beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about the interior finish. We have had people drive up to the barndo and when they come inside, they say “Wow”.
In addition, Jeremy returned calls and texts promptly and was and is always so pleasant and polite. We are looking forward to moving. I would recommend Jeremy Biggs if you are considering a new build and would be happy to share pictures of our home.
